beep.....beep....beep......beep
The alarm on her cell phone rang non-stop, alerting her that it was time to get up and prepare for the long night hike her and the rest of the astronomy kids were having. It was something she had anticipated all day long, and of course prepared for physically ( especially by taking that nap she just woke up from ). She stretched her arms far above her head as she groaned lightly and hurried herself along, grabbing a backpack that held a few necessity items within its compounds and a flashlight to guide her way through until they were where they needed to be.
Fleur was excited, her heart beat quickly picking its pace up as she left her dorm room without any hesitation and practically skipped down the hallways until she was standing right there in front of the door that lead to the classroom their little group should be meeting up at --- Her hand placed ever so carefully against the wooden door as she prepared herself to greet everyone that participated in the club. But whenever the door was pushed open, her smile which had been plastered across her face for quite some time faded away as she noticed that there wasn’t anyone inside the room.
Wait.... There was one person here; Alec ( the one who set this whole thing up ).
She liked him, he was kind to her and anyone really who was kind to her automatically won a place over in her heart. “Hey.. where is everyone at?” she questioned the boy curiously, wondering why anyone wouldn’t show up for something like this. It was amazing, and if they didn’t show they were most definitely missing out.
She started raking her brain a bit, coming up with possibilities as to why no one was there, but not much came to her. “Maybe they thought it was another day?” She shrugged her shoulders in an upward motion, dark brown optics adverted to his own as she stepped further into the room, allowing the door to close behind her.
“Or nobody set an alarm to wake up to”
