It has a golden glow and the color payoff is really good!
It is buildable. You can use it to add a subtle shimmer or to give a blinding glow to your skin.
This highlighter is pigmented and blinding in one swipe. One swipe goes a long way and will take a lot of use ‘til I hit the pan.
Formula is powdery and not buttery. It has minimal fall outs upon application.
