to anyone who doesn't want spoilers about EBYT, don't read under the read more! It will be from where the story is until the planned end.

After the 11th chapter, la Squadra knows that you are aware of their involvement with your fiancé's death and they also lost resources to locate you since you got rid of your phone. They aren't dumb so they probably figure out you threw it away.

So, from that moment, you don't go back and they get impatient. So first they destroy your father's workplace to intimidate you; when that doesn't work, they wind up killing your parents.

At that point, it's too much and you make a plan to escape. So you move from South Italy to North Italy, changing as many cars and places as possible to avoid being discovered.

Eventually you settle in a city up north and go into hiding for at least a year, randomly seeing them around since they manage to find where you are more or less. With time, it's implied you see them looking for you less and less and it's because they are being killed during their personal mission against Diavolo.

Once you don't see them for long enough and you can assume they stopped looking for you, you try to start a new life where you are.
