NEW VERSION!!!

So, I'm seeing people don't like the new version. Well let me explain you a thing...

To me, the album version is like smoking weed for the first time. Really laid back and intoxicating.

The live Rudimental concert version is like doing cocaine for the first time. Upbeat, fun and wild. Let's do it again!

But this version. This studio mixed, Rudimental induced, version of perfection. This version brought me right back to the night, about 25 years ago, when I accidentally smoked weed laced with god-only-knows-what.

The friend I was supposed to meet at the bar didn't show up. But one of his friends was there. The band was great and covering some awesome classic and hard rock songs. So, I'm talking with this guy and he says he's "gonna go light up. Wanna join me?" I say sure and we go out to the parking lot. It's all cool and we chat for a bit then head back in.

Within about 2 minutes I am so messed up. No one in the place looks familiar and the guy is nowhere to be seen. I remember walking around trying not to look scared. But I was getting scared. Every one's faces were really clear but the walls and background were blurry. The band sounded muffled but the vocals were perfectly clear. I realized none of the lyrics made any sense to me. I started getting really worried that I was about to blackout. I thought for sure I was gonna die. But I kept walking around in circles wondering when the calming effect of the weed would kick in. Then I would just start dancing and be really excited. It seemed like this went on forever. I was afraid to stay and afraid to leave.

I never smoked with anyone I didn't know and trust after that. I pretty much stopped doing any drugs after that night. This version reminds me of doing hard drugs for the first time. The "not knowing when it would kick in or what to expect when it did, but knowing it might be the end."

UPDATE!! I asked my brother who he thinks sings 'Don't' and he said "I'm not sure, some black rapper for sure.." - I am done pt. 2

'Don't' was on the radio and my brother said "wow this girl is a great singer". I can't. I'm done.
