You’re not obligated to answer the call of my tags if you don’t want to. This is for funsies. 

1. Do you believe horoscopes have any merit? 

Yes and no. I don’t think they’re particularly accurate for everyone, but I do always find it fun/spooky how well mine fit me most of the time. Mostly, I just enjoy them. I use them in creating characters, but I don’t shape my life around them at all.

2. Do you have any fears that are irrational and you understand why you’re afraid but you can’t help but still be afraid?

Spiders, and heights, and abandonment. ALTHOUGH SPIDERS COME FIND ME SO MAYBE THAT’S A RATIONAL FEAR. (long story) But yeah, I’ll be afraid if I’m like a foot away from the edge of something. Hell, I’ll be afraid ten feet away. It’s irrational, but whatever. 

3. Is there anyone on tumblr you wished you could meet in person and who and why? (triple whammy deal with it)

So many people. I want to drag Alice to a WTNV liveshow and Sydnie to ComicCon and Aria and I have so many plans and Kat and I need to do fun stuff.  4.If you could buy one thing without worrying about the expense what would you buy and why? A house. It just seems like the most important and desirable expensive item I'd want. 5. If you could give a happy ending to one show what would it be and how would you envision it? Fucking Queer as Folk. I'm still messed up over that ending. I'd have an  epilogue episode in which they get back together or got married and just FIX ALL MY TEARS 6. If you could master one talent, what would it be? Writing 7. Who are you closest to? Friend, family member, anyone. Currently probably a toss up between Kevin and Aria. 8, Despite any impracticality, what would you love to do with your life?

Be an author with an actual audience. Not necessarily a large one, but one who's managed to change at least a couple of lives for the better. 9. What song do you most relate to and why?

Cop-out, but it depends on the day and my mood. Right now, I'm sleepy, so I'd say You Can Close Your Eyes by James Taylor. 10. If you could spend one day with a character of your choice, who would it be and what would you do?

In the book I'm writing right now, I have a character named Caleb. I'd bring him here, and we'd just hang out. We have a lot in common--he has my softer side and eccentricities--but he's got a hard past, and I'd like to just wrap him in my fluffy blankies and watch our favorite TV shows and eat candy and stay up late into the night talking with him. Damn, now I want this a lot. 11. If you could sit any writer down and just let them know all your feelings on their work who would it be and what would you say? (It can be any type of writer)

Michael Molloy. I'd tell him that I feel like his book is so underrated, because it captured my imagination in ways few books ever have, and it's so imaginative and well-written. I'd ask him what it felt like to write certain parts, if it flowed or was pieced together, which characters are most alive to him, and a whole bunch of writer-based questions, because that book (The House on Falling Star Hill) is badass.
