Sorry I vanished, seemingly, off the face of the earth 🤪✌️

Long story short I had to have my gallbladder removed and it happened VERY suddenly. Like, I was told they’d schedule me in May and then I got a phone call that they wanted to do it in five days from then. THAT kind of sudden.

I’m good now, though! I’m on the mend! (I can’t help but fear I summoned my fate for what I put Hunter through in Ashes! Manifested that shit on accident! 😅)

The epilogue IS STILL COMING!!!! I’m sorry for the delay!!! I’ve literally had the document sitting and waiting for me to write the very last few paragraphs for over a week now and it’s eating away at me 🫠 by the end of this week I’ll have it posted, is my goal… which will mean Ashes will be officially over 🥲 weird.

Anyways!! Just popped in to give that update! So sorry, again! And I can’t wait to get back to writing what I love again 🥰

Hey everyone!!

Bit of an update on why I’ve been MIA recently: I had a mini procedure this morning for a chronic condition I was born with. I am a-okay and home now, so no need for anyone to worry!!

The next update for Ashes was obviously delayed and help up by this. But now that it’s behind me and I have some time off work, I’m hoping to get some more work done on it, and get it done soon!

Thanks so much for all your patience with me! I know this happened at LITERALLY the worst possible time in the fic 😅 I’m so sorry for the wait!!!! I hate making it this long 😭🙏

Oops was mostly offline for a couple days bc I had some unexpected oral surgery 🤪 Been rocking some stitches and a pretty swollen lip. My lip is BRUISEDDDDD!!

But the good news is I’m a good portion of the way done with the next chapter so that won’t really have much of a delay due to my sudden absence! 🥳
