A/n: Thank you for requesting! As a short person I found this request a big challenge, but a really fun one. I hope you enjoy it and that you feel included with these.
Warnings: Suggestive content, mention of nightmares and being overwhelmed. Let me know if I missed anything.
Characters: Hunter, Echo, Wrecker, Crosshair and Tech x gn!reader.

Hunter
Having grown up with Wrecker, Hunter knows a person’s height tells nothing about their true self. The first time he sees you he’s skeptical, as he is with any stranger, but not because of your height.
As he gets to know you better and consequently starts getting protective of you, you’ll realize he doesn’t use your size as an excuse to have you do more dangerous or strenuous works, quite the opposite, he’ll oppose to you being involved in direct combat or any risky plans, he’d much prefer you to be his support or even an intern.
Once physical contact is stablished, he’d subtly use your bigger stature to shield him from stimuli when overwhelmed. He’d find comfort when you let him lean on you, he feels as is he doesn’t have to be a leader for a few moments, instead he can just rely on you, physically and emotionally.
Echo
Like his brothers, Echo couldn’t care less about one’s appearance. Sure, he does find your height appealing, but that wouldn’t change anything in how he saw you as a person or as a soldier.
He’s the sweetest gentleman ever, but after some time in the relationship he’d confess that he feels safer than ever with you by his side, both because of your stature and your bond with him.
The best thing about being with you, in his opinion, is how grounded he feels whenever you two sleep together, having you merely laying besides him or, preferably, on top of him as a weighted blanket keeps him in the moment, he’s able to feel comfortable in his own body like that, not to mention he doesn’t have as many nightmares when you’re there with him.
When he looks up at you, his eyes are full of adoration, almost comically shining with how much he adores you and your height (he looks like a puppy swooning over you).
Wrecker
He is THRILLED. Before he even got to meet you he already thought you were the coolest person he’s ever seen because how are you taller than him? Safe to say it was love at first sight.
He’s even more physical with his tall s/o, if that’s even possible. He always wants to lift you off the ground and spin you in a tight hug, which, yes, he still can carry you regardless of your height.
If that’s your thing, he wants to work out with you for him it would be the utmost bonding moment with you. He’d be the best gym buddy, although a bit touchier than usual, but he can’t help himself, one glance at you and he’s fawning all over again. He’d be over the moon if you wanted to help him exercise too (he’d probably get hard too).
But regardless of height, Wrecker is still the huge teddy bear we all know, his protective instincts are sharp and he’s always making sure you’re safe. He obviously loves a little chaos, to throw a space ship here and there or explode some droids, he really hopes you join him in his shenanigans, but once your safety in involved he pushes all that aside and focuses solely on you, keeping you behind him while he clears the area of threats.
He has no problems with having to get on his tip toes to kiss you or if you wanted to carry him instead, to him these just make loving you more fun than he would ever have with a shorter s/o.
Now, if you ever doubted Wrecker’s love for you, you would forget it the moment the started sharing his food with you. It’s not something small, not to him, as a tall person himself, he knows you need to eat more than the others and even him, but he’s willing to give you his food, you can be 100% sure it’s because you’re the person he trusts and loves the most, he’d never share it with anyone else.
Crosshair
Your height doesn’t intimidate him in the slightest. He unashamedly looks up to glare at you the first times you two see each other.
Unlike his brothers, Crosshair wants to see what you’re capable of, if all that size is up to his expectations. Once you do prove yourself, his interest in you starts, but he wouldn’t show it until a while later.
His brothers know he has a thing for people who could challenge him and win, even if you’re a gentle mountain like Wrecker, Cross can’t help the fact that the thought of you putting him in his place gets him hot and bothered.
That’s only for later in the relationship, in general and specially in the beginning he’d act all tough, going out of his way to stand somewhere he’d be higher than you to stare down at you.
Speaking of high places, during missions he’d maintain his rifle towards your direction, taking every enemy down before they even got to you. It doesn’t matter to him that you’re taller than him and could definitely fight someone like Wrecker, you’re his partner, you get exclusive protection from him.
Tech
Another one who doesn’t care about appearances, he admits you stand out being way taller than most people, but it doesn’t change anything for him.
His affection for you would grow over time, with you two spending time together rather than because of physical lust, and he’d show it in subtle ways, the most prominent one being his worry that your equipment is adequate and comfortable for your body.
He often offers to make adjustments and improvements, taking the time to analyze your performance during missions so he can find more excuses to tinker with your things.
He’s also very attentive to your health, checking if their ration bars are enough to satisfy you—he knows you need more than them, thanks to Wrecker—and running health checkups on you more frequently than on his brothers.
He reasons that your physique is much different than what he’s used to studying, therefore he should give it special attention to ensure nothing will be overlooked.
Everyone knows it’s just so that he can touch you more and spend more time with you without having to ask.
He doesn’t mean to stare at you, he’s aware you need your privacy, but he’ll watch you go on about your day, taking mental notes every time you hit your head on a lower part he’s never realized was there, or how you have to squeeze yourself to sleep in your bunk.
The next time you go to the ship you’ll see that those lower piece were gone and Tech was sat by your bunk, modifying it to fit you like he had done with Wrecker’s.
He doesn’t know how to invite you to sleep in his bunk, so he just modifies it too and waits until you get the hint yourself.
