Sorry for the poor quality, but I wanted to share this. This is Rhodan, my first d&d character I really played and got attatched to. I made him my first year at art school in 2016. When I drew this, I wasn't sure of I could make it as an artist. I loved to draw, but was afraid I would never be "good enough".
In the end, it wasn't going to art school that improved my skill, it was practice. Now, in 2021, I still have a lot of insecurities when it comes to my artistic ability. There is a long way to go until I'm at a level where I'm comfortable calling myself a professional artist. But you know what? I'm content with my skill and I am so proud of how far I've come.
It doesn't matter where you go to school or where you start out at, you always have the potential to grow and do whatever you put your mind to. Don't give up! Keep at it and make yourself proud! Love you guys!
