It's 2026 and I'm laying in bed thinking...huh all the rooms in Casita looked really normal and domestic from the outside, except Bruno's. He's got that bell tower- no it doesn't have bells, it has a sun dial which makes it a CLOCK tower because time. And with the turret up top it can be a WATCH tower to see approaching danger before it gets to you.

Goddamnit, those crazy bastards got me again.

Realized something about Encanto

If it had been Mirabel's father that was a madrigal, and Mirabel's mother that was normal, her mother would have been accused of infidelity. Because surely if Mirabel had Madrigal blood, she would have had a miracle. But she didn't have a miracle, so surely she couldn't be her father's child, and her mother julieta was a cheater.

That'd be so fucked up. Even now, in canon, imagine how many times people joked about her being adopted, or that the only reason they knew she was a madrigal was because they watched her be pulled from her mothers womb.

Interesting property owned by an artist. Originally, these 2 buildings in Los Angeles, CA were listed separately. But, now the little coral stucco house (1926) and the redone living quarters/studio building (2003) are being sold together. 3bds, 4ba, 2,289sqft, $1.850m.

So, now the cute little 1bd, 1ba, detached house is considered a casita.

From the tiny glimpse they give of it, it looks like it's been refreshed.

Seems to have nice porches and a yard.

The main house was originally used as the artist's office and studio, while he lived in the casita, but he added living quarters.

It's empty now, and as you can see, it gives an industrial loft vibe.

This is how it looked when the artist was living and working here.

Lots of vintage furniture.

The kitchen is behind a glass door and wall, and immediately outside is the studio area with a big workbench.

This area is empty, now.

The 2 doors at the end of the room open to the rooftop deck.

There are a couple of benches built into the walls around it. I don't like the carpet, though.

It looks like the former owner put in the kitchen himself. It's industrial looking, but needs a little fixing up.

The bath also looks makeshift, but there's a glass block shower.

These stairs lead up to the exposed loft where there's a bedroom.

Not sure what this is. Look at the cut-out floor. There are supposed to be 3bds. in this building. Maybe this is one of them.

Looks like a sink, a shower curtain, and some tile on the left, so this must be the 2nd bath up in the loft.

This looks like it may be one of the other bedrooms with a terrace.

The studio building has 2 double garages.

This is odd, it looks like this entrance leads into the casita.

There's another ground level door on right side that must enter the studio. The corner lot is 5,811sqft.
