Echo: So, Knox...what have you been up to?

Knox: Oh. Well, I’m currently based in Public Relations. Mother thought it would be good to gain experience there...always good to know how to deal with people.

Echo: Very true. Seeing anyone?

Knox: Ummm...well...

Echo: Forgive me. I’m a detective, it’s in my nature to be a bit nosy. I didn’t mean anything by it. Just taking an interest!

Knox: Yes, I have a girlfriend. Gwen Finch?

Echo: Oh yes? She’s a nice girl...young woman. 

Knox: Yes. She’s very special.

Echo: I’m glad to hear it.

Ambrose: You really have no idea, do you. You think you know your children so well...

Echo: And what’s that supposed to mean?

Ambrose: I’m going for a walk. 

Echo: Ambrose. 

Ambrose: Why don’t you ask my sister, since she seems to have made her mind up.

Raven: Something has happened to him. He’s different...colder. Defensive.

Echo: Things haven’t been easy for him.

Raven: He sneaks out at night to train with Knox. Illegal spells. I...I followed him the other night.

Echo: You shouldn’t have done that.

Raven: I know...

Echo: I’ve noticed a change too.

Raven: And I’ve been having dreams...but they don’t feel like dreams. More like...

Echo: Premonitions? Like you’re looking through a window?

Raven: Yes. Yes, exactly! Do you have them too?

Echo: No...but my great-grandmother, Lira, did. Things became very bad for our family when she was a girl...and she saw them all, years before, in her dreams. Couldn’t make sense of them until it was too late. 

If you have the same gift...then...then I fear we may be too late.

Melissa: You’ve come to my house and threatened me. There’s no peace now. 

As the women drew their wands, Raven slipped up the steps and into the house.

Melissa: I don’t know what you’re talking about. 

Echo: I think you do.

Echo: What does he mean?

Raven: ...

Echo: Raven.

Raven: ...I think...I think he had something to do with Silas.

Two Days Later...

Echo: We can’t just sit here and watch her.

Niccola: Who says we can’t?

Echo: Nic, come on. This is hard enough on her without us standing over her...let her sleep.
