Usually I’ll use it because it means .... okay we are gonna stop ‘working out’ and teach a concept. . A lot of people just want to keep moving in Pilates and Gyrotonic but you gotta stop. . You gotta stop and learn the concepts and principles behind this movement otherwise you are missing out on what the work is all about. .
