"We definitely hope that some of who we are comes out in the way we write and in the music that we play. We are all followers of Jesus Christ and believe all that the Bible teaches, so we would say that absolutely some of our songs have Christian undertones. We generally do not classify our music as Christian rock, because we are a band that truly believes in leading by example. Our music all though it does contain undertones of Christianity was not intended to fit just into the Christian genre, but rather be a kind of music that appeals to all cultures and religions so that when the time comes for the rubber to hit the road, we can lead by example and be the light in the dark. Indirect missions work is something that has always intrigued our band.” “I’ll Be Around” by @harborandhome will be featured on theearlyecho.com #EchoStories #EchoSongs #EchoWords
These are the stories that surround the music, that encompass the making of a record. 'Where All The Kids Belong' is the title track of the EP...The statement is less about an answer to a question, but rather it's the stories in the journey of becoming the very thing that makes you 'alive'. It's about winning in the midst of the identity wars and pains of growing up. Reckless by @troubadourparade Lyrics In reckless abandon I yield my heart to you I am not my own Not my own (x3) Fix my eyes Let them guide me Let my headlight not grow cold Fix my heart From ash to beauty My love take me I'm not my own Not my own We’ve been behind on getting music up on theearlyecho.com, but be patient, as we intend to keep it going. #EchoStories #EchoSongs #EchoWords (at www.theearlyecho.com)
