"Aye, it passed finally. Papa told me it took him about four months to get through his when he was pregnant with Ivory and Eclipse." "That's right. And the cat in Ivory's arms is their familiar, Poe."

"Pleasure to finally meet my master's baby brother in person. Oh, and congratulations on your babies!" Realizing that the four haven't gone inside yet, Poe explained to Aki and Stephen how the twins needed to be invited inside. "Their daddy is the second vampire created, and it holds true to them."
