This video shows how Graphiti, a refreshable pin tactile graphic display, was used by many blind people at The American Printing House for the Blind during the recent solar eclipse. The video is captioned (proper captions, not auto-generated junk) but does not have audio description. The combination of the narration and the exclamations of the people using the device to view the eclipse give a pretty good idea of what's going on though. It's nice to see videos of aasistive technology that will be useful to real blind people.
