I got Grace just in time to record the ECLIPSE!! Grace is home!! I set her up on timelapse out in my backyard! I connected the external battery to it so that the battery doesn't run out before the eclipse ends. In order for me to connect the external battery I had to take out the connecting door on Grace to connect the battery cable, therefore exposing the inside works of the camera. So I taped plastic bags around the base of the camera to protect the external battery and set up to heavy books at the base to avoid the wind from knocking the camera over. It's very cloudy and we have some scattered rain showers, that's the reason why I had to protect the external battery and the connecting port on the camera. We will see what happens and how much of the eclipse I can record. I will keep you informed!!
