Buy a bunch of stuff I want. Buy the people I love the stuff they want. Give it to people who need it. Donate to causes that better the future. Probably not quite in that order, but definitely all those things.

I do. But it often times depends on my mood. But deep down, I'd have to say I do. Mostly just bad luck/good luck/karma.
