My 21st!
I celebrated my 21st birthday on Friday 28th of April. I had a lovely day with my two favorite people, Sean and my little princess, Milena. I was woken by Milena crawling all over me, kissing my cheeks. I sat up and Sean handed me this sweet little cake. They also made me breakfast in bed, which Milena attempted to help herself to. I love my cheeky little princess. Next year I’ll have two little monkeys to wake me up! They then gave me some presents. Milena gifted me a picture of herself wearing the cutest little tutu. I nearly cried. Its these pregnancy hormones. I can’t wait till I’ve delivered this little boy.
During the day my parents visited and gifted the most beautiful birthday cake and few other gifts including some perfume, an £50 iCard so I can buy more songs and games for my iPhone and some items for the baby, my favorite being an elephant soother toy by fisher price. My cake!
In the evening Sean, Milena and I when out to for a meal at our favorite local restaurant. The staff gave us a discount because it was my 21st. Afterwards we went for a stroll along the waterfront. It was a beautiful clear night, the lights were dancing on the water and we could see all the stars in the sky.
We haven’t really been out together for ages so it was really lovely. I couldn’t drink but Sean sweetly decided not to have any drink either. Such a sweetie!
We returned home and all curled up in our bed together in our PJ’s.

It’s funny I suppose this time last year I was almost seven months pregnant with Milena. I never guessed by the time I turned 21 I’d be almost 36 weeks pregnant with baby number two. This baby will be my best birthday present. Like finding out I was pregnant with Milena was the best Christmas gift ever. Little boy I can’t wait to meet you and cuddle you in my arms. You weren’t there but I could feel you kicking away inside me, you wanted to be a part of the celebrations. Next time you will be.
My 21st was just perfect, getting to spend it with my favorite people. I hope my 22nd is just as good.
