How did you get into Vampirella? What other non-DC and Marvel comics do you really dig?

It took me a while to get into Vampi. I saw that terrible tv movie when I was young. Tried the Grant Morrison/Mark Millar/Amanda Conner comic but had mixed feelings. I just impulsed bought the Crimson Chronicles trade after flipping through and seeing Jose Gonzales awesome art.

Other indy books... I really like Queen & Country, most Terry Moore books, Bone, Teenagers From Mars is a favorite mini series of mine, 100 Bullets, Invisibles, Fables, Empowered lots of different manga. Lots of different stuff. I don't know how some comic fans can only stick to superheroes or mainstream books.
