Real Ghostbusters Ecto-2 (cartoon version)
In the course of making Regeneration, I made a number of sketches and diagrams to help me plan out and describe various things in the story.
This is one of the better things I drew; my original vision for the Ecto-2. Much like the Ecto-1, it was meant to be built from a Cadillac, namely a 2016 Escalade. I later realised how common these cars are in the US so I changed the story so the model is never defined. It didn't really carry the spirit (no pun intended) of the Ecto-1 to have the Ecto-2 to be made from such a common vehicle.
The dome-like device on its roof was supposed to be a larger version of Hiroko's PKE lure device. This was going to be a key element to the plot at one point before the finale of the story was altered.
Ecto-1 and Ecto-2 from Ghostbusters: Answer the Call (2016)
Ecto-1 (1984)
Ecto-1A (1989)
Ecto-1 (2016)
Ecto-2 (2016)
Oh yeah, I also got this. I am still looking for the classic vehicles

But one of the more interesting things is a vehicle from the earlier mentioned LEGO sets…
