I had the worst experience with @ubereats just now. I've used the service plenty of times before but never has it been this fucked up. I ordered from the McDonald's a few blocks away as usual, never takes more than 20 minutes. I order a sweet tea, two strawberry pies and a mcflurry and it took over an hour. Finally shows up incomplete, missing both pies and the excuse was McDonald's tried to call to inform me, which is utter bullshit because the under driver had no issue reaching me. I'm more than appalled by the customer service or in this case lack there of with you @ubereats and the partners in your service and must insist my order: #ED1B2 be refunded, ASAP...
