EDAC - dittos
Here is my study of the human muscle system.
This was a project I recently did where I had to take a celebrity and pick a trait/ part of their personality and morph them into something else that maintained that same trait and followed along with that point.
For my celebrity, I chose the lead singer of the famous Canadian band Marianas Trench, Josh Ramsay. I knew from the moment I was given this assignment I wanted to turn him into a do; specifically a labrador. I could just see the idea unfolding in my mind. He is very passionate and excitable about his work and things he loves- which follows along with dogs being energetic and happy and ready to have fun. As well, dogs are very loyal animals, and Josh is known to be very loyal to his fans, friends and his family. That and he has a lot of photos where he’s sticking his tongue out as well which sparked the pose I chose to use.
This project was completed in watercolour and fine liner ink pens.
Another preview from Demetyr, my EDAC major project.
I have been meaning to post this since I graduated. This is most of my Specialization project from EDAC. This part of the project is an idea for a game called Ruins. I based it off of a comic I made earlier in the program. This is the conceptualization for a section of the game. I plan on making more concepts to further flesh out the game idea.
A few panels from my comic Demetyr, part of my EDAC major project.
Digital mockup for a wall mural design (using The Buckingham building as a test surface).
Excited to share some examples of my work from last month’s concept art project at EDAC. Club Nocturne is my pitch for an animated musical set in 1983, loosely inspired by films such as Phantom of the Paradise and Sing Street.
