My greatest joy in being a teacher is seeing my kids achieve what they set out to do. I see potential in every student who shows interest in photography. Because I know what that potential can do when given a chance to be seen, heard, and used. By not discriminating against age when "hiring" photographers for my staff, I have found several hidden gems among my youngest students. Makes a heart happy to see how much they love the art of photography.
