EdCampOmaha - Getting Motivated Educators Together In The Same Room

The first EdCamp was held in Philly in May 2010. Since then, it has spread to numerous other cities, and one of those cities is Omaha, NE.

What is EdCamp?

Simple. A gathering of education people for sharing, enhancing, and creating ideas.

Omaha is hosting EdCampOmaha on March 26, 2011. The event is free. If you are an educator near Omaha, you should try to attend. So far, participants for EdCampOmaha are coming from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota, Minnesota, and even Texas. The majority of attendees are K-12 teachers, but some administrators and higher-education people will be attending.
