Well, today was the day...

As of this morning, it's officially been 10 years since Edd Gould passed away. An entire decade, and yet somehow so much has changed since then. The fandom managed to destroy the lives of the creators. Tom moved onto other things. Matt held on and continued to try to restart the show. So many of those who worked on the legacy season are now in hiding or are forever damaged by the actions of the fandom.

But let's not focus on the bad right now, yeah?

Edd Gould created an animated flash series unlike anything the world had seen before. He spent his time drawing, animating, writing, and working on Eddsworld. He dedicated his life to the show. His work will forever be remembered as a truly iconic part of internet history.

Edd was a good friend to those closest to him. Matt, Tom, T-rd, and all of the others out there were very close to the man. They had fun together, making all those eddisodes we know and love.

Don't let the horrific actions of the fandom affect your view of his original cartoons.

Edd, may your world never stop spinning.
