At their family farm Maesglas, performance artist Eddie Ladd and her brother, academic Roger Owen, invited delegates to don Friesian cow masks in the disused dairy, and then to follow barely perceptible tracks - once trodden daily by cattle - in the surrounding fields, in a witty and poignant evocation of a recent past.
