Kevin's arranged for an interested buyer to have a second viewing on No. 4, and Sally's in full 'sabotage mode' yet again. She's invited the Windasses over for dinner, and as Anna sits down on the sofa ready to have a drink, Eddie, in all his slovenly glory, comes out with this hilarious (though probably true!) statement about being the next-door neighbour to the Webster's. No one ever really misses a trick on Coronation Street as it is, but with neighbours living in such close proximity, it must be pretty daunting for any new buyers wanting to join the Street!

Trying his hardest to impress two interested buyers of No. 4, Eddie frankly discusses the tram crash as if it was never a big deal. The two house-viewers look on in shock as he mentions the death that happened over Coronation Street, and the audience could feel the awkwardness creep into the house as Sally leaves the room to answer the door to Anna. It was Sally's plan all along to sabotage the viewing, and with Eddie's terribly unhelpful quips, it seems she's done just that.
