How much do you know about business management systems, staff engagement, continuous improvement and corporate growth strategies that’s applicable in the public sector? Preferably a high profile government body. I’d really like you to talk about austerity and how you’re overcoming the stigma of efficiency drives being taken as simply meaning staff reductions and cutbacks and to take it further to show how you’re using it as a holistic approach to improvement of the staff and client experience. Any specific instance relating the the recent election would be handy too and could I get and HQ headshot of yourself
