📪 Tessa Delicatessen’s Edgewater Stall Has Closed, Space Now Empty
After only a few months in operation, Tessa Delicatessen’s outpost inside Edgewater Public Market at 5505 W. 20th Ave., Edgewater, CO 80220 has closed its doors and the stall is now empty. Owner Vince Howard confirmed the closure, citing low foot traffic outside of peak lunch hours and high rent costs as key factors in the decision to wind down the Westside location. 
Tessa had launched its Edgewater presence in August 2025, bringing its beloved sandwich lineup and deli favorites to the bustling food hall space.  But by late December 2025, the stand stopped taking orders and was quietly vacated, leaving the spot open again for new tenants at the market.

• The former Tessa Delicatessen stall is currently unoccupied, and Edgewater Public Market continues to host a variety of other food and drink vendors throughout the hall. 
• If you’re craving Tessa’s fare, the original location on East Colfax remains open and serving its full menu.
