So far, I’ve identified well over 250 species of edible plants currently grown in Haiti. Many of which don’t yet have Kreyol names or I have yet to find them out. If anyone would care to help fill in the blanks, I’d be very appreciative. Still working hard on the book and should have a first draft completed before the end of the summer.
