Yesterday I had the coolest pizza at @terramarbrewstillery in Edison … It’s got kale, mushrooms, pecorino cheese, prosciutto, shallot, garlic, porcini aioli … and a fancy egg/caper salad called grabiche. It was really tasty, and I can honestly say I had never before tried hard boiled egg on a pizza!
