I did it. I finished the edit. Finished chapter 25, it’s much, much stronger. Once more through, reading top to bottom with the proverbial red pen. Well, not so proverbial. It’s an iPad and an Apple Pencil, but my annotations are in red. Almost there.
So now that I have a regular job, tonight I have this feeling like I have this thing tomorrow and I have to make sure I’m ready, but I don’t have homework to finish or papers to grade…so I guess I can do whatever I want until I go to bed? So weird.
There really is something to finally having a job that doesn’t go home with me.
