i was very very excited about this event... i IMMEDIATELY knew that vil had to be used for the sin of pride. any twst fan would know she fits pride perfectly, but its really weird to me that despite knowing that... everyone denies she has NPD??? i've gotten into many debates about this on my twitter AND tiktok. people think calling her a narcissist waters her down, but thats only true if you have a watered down understanding of narcissism. having npd does not make you a bad person, neither does showing signs of narcissism. it's a mental disorder caused by trauma and genetics, not something that defines how "good" a person is. i dont want to yap for too long, but if anyone even gaf to hear about my detailed explanation, i have a thread pinned on my twitter @/npdvil, and a shorter version on my tiktok @/beautivil. the demonizing of narcissism srsly needs to be stopped, because book 5 is a PERFECT example of narcissistic collapse. i dont have npd, but i do have narcissistic traits (along with autism, which are honestly more connected than people think). i TRULY believe her actions were meant to shed light on how hard it is to maintain relationships and a stable life with a cluster b disorder like npd, and that narcissists deserve to be seen as much more than manipulators with no empathy, as this personality disorder literally disables you, just like any other one. anyways thats all i have for this post!! so far i have every prompt planned and thought out 〜♪ very excited to share my takes on different characters
