When I expressed thoughts of wanting to dye my hair a fun colour, my ex told me that he thought unnaturally dyed hair was inappropriate and ugly. I hadn’t even asked for his opinion. He also told me, his girlfriend who had five piercings, that he hated piercings.

Needless to say, I dropped his ass, dyed my hair blue, and still plan on getting more piercings.

While playing Dragon Ball Xenoverse on the XBox, some dude added me as a friend and sent me a message.  We talked for a little bit and he asked my age, when I told him I was 26, he kinda got excited about an “older woman” and asked if I had a mic. Dude was like 14 or something.

Context: A friend and I are having lunch, I’m complaining about period cramps. A dude from our school that neither of us know well sits down next to me.

Him: Wow, girls are so weak. Me: Excuse me? (My way of saying “Retract your previous statement before I eat you alive, praying-mantis style”) Him: I mean, you get a few cramps and you just complain complain complain. It’s pathetic. Me: Tell me, have you ever had part of an organ come out of your body? Him: No. That sounds really painful. Me: I’ve been bleeding out the inner lining of my uterus once a month for three years. Kindly go screw yourself with a cactus.

(He turned bright red and ran away with his metaphorical tail between his legs.)
