Editor’s Note: December 5, 2025

Tomorrowed is ten years old today! I’ve been doing this whole Tomorrowed thing for ten years!

Ten years of talking about videogames, movies, music, books, and TV. That’s pretty cool. I don’t think about it very often, but that’s pretty cool.

Automated/Autumn Ate It - It’s All The Same Thing Whether it’s my body clock doing as it pleases or the change in season, this month has seen my routine fall completely off its hinges and the last of my sanity shaking in its boots. There’s something to be said about an unforeseen shift in circumstances or decision that yields alternative results to what was expected. The body and mind definitely go into a state of ‘flight or fight’ mode. And I think my state right now is flight. On auto-pilot. — As it is written, in my stars, so it shall be. I’m glad though that I have come to realise it, albeit near the end of the month, that I needed to start fighting back in order to regain my control. So as the month edges closer to its end, the plan is to start automating things for the positive. — So as the year progresses on, try to take it easy, watch out for burn out and remember to take care of yourself - at your own pace.
