Removing Light Reflections
I should have addressed this at some point in my cutout tutorial, but DragonAge doesn't have lens flare like Mass Effect does.
If you ever have something like on the left happen, where you have done a cutout and you have large light reflections on your image, there is a really fast easy way to fix it.
→Duplicate the layer (CTRL+J) →Lock transparent pixels (the first box on the left under modes) →Use a combination of smudge, clone tool, and a small blurry brush to fix
Duplicating your layer is just in case it looks horrid once you start in with coloring.
For instance, here for all the red and black parts I used smudge, where her face textures were required I used the clone tool. Where her face markings would have duplicated I used a small blurry brush to darken it up.
