About a year ago I rediscovered the audio drama for Don't Make Deals With Demons by @yellowroseanddreamstorm and absolutely fell in love with the story, going as far as buying the book off Amazon (which means a lot now given in not from America) as well as the prequel book, Clockwork Hearts, and I even binged the fanfic many of the characters were recycled from (go read the Survive the Shadows series on AO3, it's so flippin good) but anyway.

I've been hyperfixating over this book for like a year now. I wanted to do a little fan art for it, so I thought I'd draw one of the two lead characters, namely one Mr Edmond Wilkinson, with one of my characters.

The dragon on Edmond's arm is actually my Don't Starve fan kid oc, Warryn. I thought it'd be interesting to have them interact since they both share a common character inspiration for where they came from and wear it on their sleeve, so to speak. I also just thought it'd be cute cuz Ed's good with kiddos and I think he would remind Warryn of his Papa.

I actually sketched this in my sketch book months ago, but only now finally finished it on my old brick of a tablet on ibis paint.

The background was a last minute decision to be added in, idk if i really like it that much since I didn't really plan anything for it, but it does It's job of having the lads not floating in the void lol.

Forgive me, I know, but I just found myself being so tickled and flattered seeing my characters in @theblueskyphoenix's style, I needed to draw hers as well. I hope you still like this guy xD.
