Aaaaaa!!! My children have come back to me!! For those not in the know: these two here double as original creations of mine from a comic that I haven't worked on in awhile but hope to continue at some point. But in the mean time, decided to throw them into YGO to play with them more.

Kosuke Okamura is a university student studying art and is just trying to get by with his life. However after a freak accident at a lab, the young man developed pyrokinesis (and some other powers) and a very strong connection to his ka, Inferno Phoenix. (Who helped him survive that day.) It's made his life more complicated with learning to deal with said abilities and some other mishaps.

Then he met Eboni.

Eboni was drawn to him upon sensing his ka and powers. Kosuke was a bit weirded out at first and wasn't sure what to make of her but eventually took a shine to her and was happy to have someone to confide in about his abilities. (Especially when learning she wasn't exactly normal herself. Made him feel less like a freak.) With time she helps him control his powers and eventually become a hero of sorts. Especially with helping reign in rampaging Duel Monsters.

I had a BLAST drawing these two in this style. Especially Kosuke. He looks very handsome in this style. Plus just happy to draw my boy again hanging out with his best friend. No matter the timeline or setting, these two will always wind up being best friends.
