I would've liked to have given this piece more care but I just can't muster it unfortunately. But I at least got it this far for Jehoel's birthday today.

A moment during his studies at the schola where he's a little distracted by his first love, Edomund. Theirs is a sad story as they're split apart around this time and while Jehoel ends up off planet as a missionary, Edomund is among those recalled to Cadia to defend its last stand.

Perhaps a rather bittersweet way to celebrate my OC's birthday.
