Since I was in high school, I already knew that I wanted to become a teacher in the future. I have always looked up to my teachers, especially in English. I admire them because they always make the English subject great, fun, and pleasurable. Not only did they teach us the English subject, but they also made us love the subject. Due to the intense love for this subject, I even played 'schooling' with my siblings, and pretended that I had my own classroom making quizzes for them to answer. Since then, I already loved being in charge.
It is important to support critical thinking and reasoning, so that students are encouraged to truly engage and use their minds. We all know that education is important because it gradually prepares our students for their future career. As a future educator, I will guide my students towards full maximization and utilization of their minds. I want my future students to understand the importance of education, and I hope to serve as a role model to them. I will make sure that my teaching strategies will be effective and inspiring, and my dedication and passion will always shine through. More than all the teachings that they could get from the textbook, I also want my students to have a positive outlook in life. Then, after all the meetings and discussions, when it is time to finally part ways, I want them to walk away with the same eagerness and drive to learn.
Educational Encouragement Philosophy means I will encourage my students to love and enjoy not just the subject, but also Education as a whole. For the students who will struggle in understanding a lesson in my class, I will surely provide a one-on-one discussion for them to better understand the lesson.
