5) a description of my self-esteem

It’s a work in progress. I have a lovely boyfriend, and he helps me a lot, and lots of great friends who help me when I am really sad. When I look in the mirror now, I don’t think I’m horrendous looking. I’m proud of how I am smart and how I work with Ginger. So it’s getting better, for sure. Way better than it was. 

6) who my best friends are

My best friends are the most amazing people I have ever met. They are all so incredible and every day I am blown away at how cool and interesting and funny they are. I have a little piece of each and every one of them in myself, and I’m proud of those pieces. I know I am not the easiest person to deal with, and they still want to be my friend through all of that. I love them all more than they’ll ever know and I miss them all a lot.

7) my favorite book

My favorite book is To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. It’s a really, really, really good story, it will make you think, and it’s an American classic. I highly suggest it to anyone who didn’t get the opportunity to read it in English class, ‘cause there’s a reason it’s required reading.

I love that I have a good brain and I am good at learning. 

42) the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me

People have said a lot of nice things to me. Brett once told me that he loves every single part of me, even the awful gross crazy parts. That was very, very nice. I also had a riding coach tell me I was very talented and a very good and fun student to teach. She wrote all of this in a note, which she sent with a photo of me and Ginger from the competiton she’d coached us in. She’d ordered and paid for the print. That was probably the single nicest thing ever done for me.
