They had been in a heated debate about a specific passage in a book of a war that happened in the First Age, whether if the translation was correct or not from old Khazad dul into common. Faramir and Ninde had been discussing this specific passage for the past week, not being able to come to terms about it's meaning. The more and more they argued about the meaning, the more and more passionate, and annoyed, they both got. During the middle of Ninde's sentence, she was silenced suddenly and surprisingly, by what Faramir had done; he had reached over the table and with one of his hands, grabbed the back of her head and brought it to his so that his lips could meet hers, kissing the elf maiden.Shocked and confused about Faramir's actions, her eyes were wide and confused to his actions.
