Dear diary,
I'm going to a concert on Wednesday in the Big City and I'm anxious about it. Someone else will be driving us and I'll have time to get ready at home and make us some food and then I'll just come back home in the evening and go to bed and work from home the next morning! It'll be fine and fun!! I'm not excited yet, because the anxiety is too pressing, but if I can let go enough, if I can remember that all is well, then I can enjoy it and have fun.
