“You can’t be serious.” The girl said staring at Alice disbelief.
“Well, I am.” Alice said tying her shoes.
“You can’t go with him. He’s unpredictable and reckless and-” The girl started but was cut off by Alice.
“He’s Wilford Warfstache. I realize what I’m getting myself into but, it’s just one day.” Alice said trying to reassure the girl. It didn’t work. The girl didn’t like Wilford, nor did she like the idea of Alice being alone with him. All day.
The doorbell rang and Alice ran downstairs, the girl followed close behind.
InFelix jumped up and answered the door.
“Lemme guess, you’re here to see Dark.” He said when he saw Wilford.
“On the contrary,” Alice said walking towards the door. “He’s here to see me.”
InFelix stared at Alice in confusion.
“Are you ready, little Alice?” Wilford asked with a small smirk.
“I am.” Alice said stepping outside.
The girl walked over to the door and glared at Wilford. She grabbed his arm before he could walk away with Alice.
“Try anything, and you’ll regret it.” She threatened.
“I would never hurt little Alice. What kind of man do you take me for?” Wilford reassured the girl.
The girl released him but didn’t believe him in the slightest.
“Are we actually letting him take her?” InFelix asked looking at the girl as she closed the door.
“It’s just for a day.” She said bitterly and went back upstairs.
Wilford had taken Alice all over the place in his pink Lamborghini. They went to the park, the museum, the ice cream parlor, and every other place Alice wanted to go. After a while, Alice fell asleep in the car so Wilford just drove around a little so she could take a nap. When Alice woke up she looked out the window to see where they were but, didn’t recognize her surroundings. It looked like they were in a completely different town.
“Where are we?” Alice asked turning towards Wilford.
“Oh! You’re awake!” Wilford said glancing over at her.
“Wilford.” Alice said a bit harshly.
Wilford ignored her and just hummed along to the radio.
Alice turned back towards the window. The sun was starting to set and she knew the girl was probably starting to worry.
“Wilford, I think-” Alice started but was quickly cut off when Wilford’s phone starting ringing.
Wilford grabbed his phone out of his pocket and checked the caller ID. He handed it to Alice.
“Could you answer for me? Just tell him I’m driving.” Wilford said almost running a red light.
Alice took the phone and looked at the caller ID, ‘Lil’ Trim’ Alice answered the phone and put it to her ear.
After a few minutes and a awkward conversation with a stranger, Alice hung up and gave Wilford his phone back.
“So, what did he want?” Wilford asked putting his phone back in his pocket.
“He said that he wanted to talk to you about a tour…?” Alice said, a little unsure. The person on the phone barely let Alice speak and he spoke so fast that it was a little hard for Alice to follow along.
“That makes sense. He’s probably worried about Mark’s upcoming tour. Well, worried about not being able to go and be apart of it.” Wilford said making a few sharp turns onto a back road.
Alice thought for a minute. None of this was making sense to her.
“Who was I talking to?” Alice asked.
“Hmm? Oh! That was Bim. Bim Trimmer.” Wilford said speeding up and running a stop sign.
Alice thought for a minute. She had heard of Bim but, wasn’t exactly sure who he was. All she knew was that he was one of Mark’s alters and that a lot of people think he’s cute.
Wilford and Alice sat in silence for a few minutes before Alice recognized where they were again. They pulled up to the girl’s house and Wilford parked.
“Well, I would walk you up but, I think you’ve had enough of me for one day.” Wilford said with a smirk.
Alice smiled and got out of the car.
Alice just smiled and closed the car door. She ran up to the door and watched as Wilford drove off. She opened the door and stepped inside. Everyone was in the living room, clearly waiting for her get home.
Dark stood up when he saw Alice, InFelix sat up, Anti stayed put, and the girl walked over and gave Alice a small hug.
“I was only gone for a day.” Alice said hugging the girl back.
“Yeah, with that pink idiot.” Anti scoffed. “Why did you even agree to spend the day with him?”
“Because it was my end of our bargain.” Alice said looking at Anti.
“I said I would spend time with him if he stopped harassing Rose.” Alice said looking at Dark.
Dark narrowed his eyes and Anti scoffed. The girl sighed and looked at Alice, sternly.
“After everything, you’re still protecting Rose?” InFelix asked.
“Yes. If I don’t, no one else will.” Alice said looking at InFelix. “Now, if you’ll all please excuse me, I would liked to get changed.” And with that she went upstairs to get changed.
