I was watching Phan Moments but I pause to go get water and when I came back I saw this and took a screen shot and It looked like Dan was looking at Phil’s crotch. Coincidence I think not

I just looked at the full thing, and he also does a little lip bite! Perhaps he was looking there, but then again, Dan does seem to just do random lip biting... hmm. Definitely cute, though! :D
