The music pumping louder, louder. The room seeming to almost slightly shake. Carter stood in the middle, her eyes wide and doe like. She turned around, stumbling slightly on her heels. That’s what happens when you go straight from a concert to a club.

She could see cameras, knowing her photo would be plastered all across the Twitter-verse in hours, if not minutes. It was to much for the blonde to process. She shook her head, gently pressing past her friends, heading toward the bar in search of a drink, accidentally bumping into someone.

“You’re serious right now?” Luca asked without looking up from his book, sensing an argument coming on. It wasn’t often that anyone would catch him in that personal of a moment, but it wasn’t as though they were strangers. Hearing the phone ring, he sat up, and grabbed it before they could. Instead of the annoyance he felt, he heard a voice he hadn’t expected and handed the phone over. “It’s your ex,” he said simply, anger lacing his tone as he glared harshly, “Why’s he calling?”
