A few smilarities between TADC and PTP
(In my opinion)
It's screenshots due to image limit per post and I wanted to compress the whole thing into one post.
5. Highschool au
6.Story and plot
Mostly Jax and Popees perspective.
Isolation:
TADC takes part at a digital circus which isolates the characters from reality.
While PTP takes part at the wolf circus, which is located in the middle of nowhere in a desert. Thus it isolates the characters from civilization.
Names:
The names of both the shows protagonists "Pomni" and "Popee" might be quite similar, if one will.
Duos:
In episode 6 of TADC Jax implies that Gangle and him are usually being a team at adventures. Jax seems visually frustrated, when he can't team up with Ganlge, because of Zooble doing so instead. This might imply that Jax actually likes Gangle and despite that; still constantly hurts her with his violent nature and due to his own personal reasons.
Popee likes Kedamono and even considers him a friend. They're performing together at the Wolf circus even and yet Popee can't take it when Kedamonos skills appear to be higher than his own, resulting in Popee becoming jealous. Thus he'd let out his violent outbursts on Kedamono.
Personalities:
Both Jax and Popee are plagued by their own struggles; such as: Jax seeming to be showing fear of commitment, while Popee is feeling very lonely. Both are seemingly coping through violent outbursts, while both seem to be immensely pressured by their own issues leading to intense aggression.
Both Gangle and Kedamono however seem to be very empathetic, soft hearted and innocent at first. Not wanting to become a burden to anybody. Nor would they want to appear disrespectful. Having to constantly deal with Jaxs and Popees violent outburst and other stressful life situations they might experience manic episodes in which both seem to hurt the people around them due to their impulsive behavior, leading to both of them becoming violent ever so often.
Gangle and Kedamono both show their emotions through detachable masks as well.
Doppelgänger:
Both evil Jax and kagami Popee/ Eepop seem to be insecure, shy and softer personality types despite their original firey, aggressive counterparts. While in PTP Eepops behavior is the result of him having a personality similar to Kedamono in the mirror/ parallel universe while kagami Kedamonos/ Onomadeks personality has changed to an aggressive one. Just like Popees. (Theorie: This might leave a question regarding TADCs doppelgangers. What if evil Jaxs soft, shy personality wasn't just the opposite of Jaxs aggressive one, but somehow tied to Gangles personality, which is similar [Just like the parallel universe counterparts in PTP]. Might orbseman not just be a placeholder for Gangles counterpart, but some kind of reflection of Jaxs personality in some way?)
Cat like behavior:
In episode 5 of TADC at the adventures: "Poachers paradise", "Stargazing" and "Good ol' fashioned softball": Jax can be seen showing animalistic/feline behavior and movements despite being a bunny, like: running an all fours, spinning in circles while hunting for his own tail, jumping like a scaredy cat and arching his back in shock when scared of corn and trying to rip apart Gangles ribbons with his teeth. Jaxs teeth can change into sharp/canine like teeth as well, which might might eventually be worth adding into this section as well.
Popee despite wearing a pink hat with bunny ears got a cat tail attached to his striped onesie. In the episode "hypnotism" Popee gets hypnotized by Papi resulting in Popee moving and behaving like a cat similar to Jaxs earlier mentioned mannerisms.
Denying relationships:
In episode 6 of TADC Jax clearly denies that him and Pomni are friends despite them getting along quite well and Jax having trusted Pomni. Even telling her some of his personal experiences and secrets which he might've not told the current active members.
Popee denies Papi being his actual blood reltated father (Even though they actually are genetically related), while in some episodes Popee can be seen getting along with his father and Papi teaching the clown apprentice Popee new tricks. Popee participates without contradiction.
While in both scenarios the bunny denies his relationship towards the jester/harlequin.
I might've just lost my mind due to my hyperfixation on both shows and maybe nothing of this has any similarity at all.
I'm ready to be pelted with tomatoes.
Thank you for reading this.
