EFactor presents 'It's All About The Benjamins - How To Fund Your Company'
On Thursday, May 28, EFactor invites you to 'It's All About The Benjamins’, an interesting evening with inspiring guest speakers, engaging presentations and plentiful networking opportunities.
This event will be interesting especially for business owners, startup entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders.
For many business owners, financing is one of the most challenging parts of the startup process. Some entrepreneurs may not have the cash they need on hand when they want to launch, and bank loans or investments can be difficult for brand-new small businesses to obtain. There is a wide variety of both traditional and innovative funding sources you can draw from to help you get started.
Guest speakers are Brian Meece (RocketHub) and Joshua B. Siegel (Rubicon).
Brian Meece is the CEO of RocketHub, a crowdfunding platform that's partnered with A&E Networks. The collaboration is called Project Startup and is taking crowdfunding to a wide television audience. Brian earned his Master of Science from Columbia University and has an extensive background in technology and media. He has lectured on the topic of crowdfunding at SXSW, Fulbright, TEDx, White House Roundtables, Maker Faire, and other institutions. Brian recently sold his company RocketHub for $15M to the EFactor Group Corp.
Joshua B. Siegel is the General Partner New York of Rubicon. Siegel oversees the day to day activities and operations of Rubicon including evaluating early stage technology companies seeking funding, assisting current portfolio companies with development and interaction with their angels, attracting LP capital, and development of the network. Joshua has extensive experience and connections in technology, real estate, luxury lifestyle brands, digital media, and consumer products. Previously, Mr. Siegel was an early stage strategic advisor for startups and real estate concerns, and board member of The Founders Club, an equity exchange based liquidity platform for entrepreneurs.

Tickets: Admission is $20.00 for members of EFactor, tickets can be bought at EFactor.com/benjamins. Non-members pay $25.00, they can pay upon entrance at the door.
With the compliments of Alacrán Tequila, Iceberg Vodka and Peroni Nastro Azzurro, you will be offered complimentary signature drinks between 6:00 - 7.00 p.m. From 7.00 - 9.00 p.m., there will be a cash bar.
