I survived!

I survived my first trip away on modulen. I spent 4 wonderful days in Slovenia at a crohns and colitis conference and even though the food was all provided I was very good and stuck to my modulen. I learnt a great deal at the conference and once again met more life long ibd friends. I was very proud to be part of an amazing group of delegates from all over the world, all who suffered with ibd, it certainly was an honour. My trip was nearly perfect until I picked up my luggage back in London and discovered my modulen had explored everywhere in my bag. A small blip in what otherwise was an inspiring weekend away!
