As a teacher of young kids, it's important to understand the way to communicate with them and provides essential feedback in a very positive and constructive way. Value of learning
Children are required to go to school. But, at some purpose, their brains begin to wonder: "What am I getting out of it?" "Why do I have to be here?" Their motivation comes from value to what they are doing. Effective feedback from their teacher will be that motivation. They're going to value their education.
Children are already curious about their real world. To provide that inquisitive nature growing and maturing, lecturers should encourage, nurture and realize ways to connect what they're learning within the classroom to their lives outside of school. Effective feedback and value-feeding motivation can squelch rising dropout statistics in future.
