don't look down at yourself, you can start living in a nightmare and you won't even be able to realize how serious it is. you can start to starve yourself and eat one apple/day, and you'll still think it's too much. you have your whole life in front of you, don't waste it just to make other people look at you in a different way. you've one body, one soul, one life, take care of it
